The ambiance is great and the staff is wonderful and attentive. Very comfortable room— I think we got an upgrade. Nice bar and vibe. Very good breakfast.
We had to wait almost an hour for the shuttle from the airport (it was not during the noontime break).The kind reception staff gave us a voucher for a drink in the bar while we waited for our room to be ready.

The hotel itself is fantastic but all the staff make it exception.
The food is delicious and fantastic choice at breakfast.
Not much to do in the area, a spa area would have been nice after a long day out site seeing.
More options on the dinner menu would have been good but only as no other restaurants in the area in walking distance.

Wohnliches, komfortables Zimmer mit großzügigem Bad mit wertiger Ausstattung und Materialien. Nein, die Matratzen sind nicht zu hart! Ab einem gewissen Alter verlässt man Betten mit scheinbar komfortablen, weichen Matratzen, in die man einsinkt, nach wenigen Stunden mit einer schmerzenden Wirbelsäule. Hier passt alles! Da auch die Bewertungen des Frühstücks teilweise sehr unterschiedlich ausfallen: Grundsätzlich gilt, dass es nichts gibt, was man nicht verbessern kann. Was könnte man am Frühstücksbuffet verbessern? Durchaus das Frischobst (überschaubar) und gerne auch mal ein paar Heringshappen o.ä. anstelle des mittlerweile weltweit obligatorischen und in seiner Qualität (ebenfalls weltweit) fragwürdigen Zuchtlachses. Jeder, der seine Mahlzeiten selbst zubereitet und die dafür nötigen Frischwaren einkauft, weiß aber auch, was man mit rund 20,- € realisieren kann, und was nicht. Mein Gesamturteil über das Frühstück: Es fehlt an nichts. Die Auswahl ist mehr als ausreichend, die Qualität sehr ordentlich, die frische Zubereitung von (echten) Eiern mit diversen Zutaten auf Wunsch ein echtes Plus! Das Ambiente ist ebenfalls sehr angenehm, man kann ausgiebig und entspannt ein insgesamt sehr gutes Frühstück genießen.
Wenn man in Zandvoort oder Bloemendaal an Zee parken wollte oder musste, empfindet man die Parkgebühren am Hotel als günstig. Es bleibt aber die Frage, ob Parkgebühren für Hotelgäste überhaupt sein müssen. Bei anderen Dienstleistungsbranchen (z.B. Supermärkten) würde es als befremdlich empfunden, Kunden Parkgebühren zu berechnen. Wenn ein Hotel mit eigenem Parkplatz wirbt, man diesen aber bezahlen muss, wie in jedem beliebigen öffentlichen Parkhaus auch, bleibt als einziges Plus der Komfort, direkt vor der Tür zu parken. Es bleibt aber auch irgendwie ein unangenehmer Beigeschmack.

객실 내 TV에서 You tube 시청을 했는데, 정상적인 시청이 어려울 정도로 connection 이 안좋았습니다. 지속적으로 끊기는 현상이 반복되었습니다. 1주일 전에 다른 객실에서 숙박했을 때도 같은 문제가 있었습니다. 모바일 연결한 wifi 는 문제가 없었고 TV에 연결되어 있는 wifi 가 문제인 것으로 추정됩니다.
