Petit déjeuner varié et très bon. Beaucoup de choix, des fruits frais, des petits sandwichs typiquement maltais, de bonnes viennoiseries. Seul petit bémol sur le café qui n'était pas très qualitatif.

Cons:

Le bruit des travaux mais on m'a changé de chambre sans problème pour une autre bien calme. Ce n'est pas de leur faute car un immeuble se construit juste à côté du leur.....

Stressante e pessimo soggiorno.
Pros:

vicino al centro sopratutto collegata con i mezzi di trasposto. L’unica cosa positiva di questo albergo, la posizione.

Innanzitutto su Booking c’era scritto LETTO matrimoniale ovvero (2 letti single) + 1 LETTO in totale 3 letti perché la prenotazione era per tre persone over 40 non c’era scritto divano letto, effettivamente non era un DIVANO bensì un sofà che diventava letto molto scomodo perché non aveva un MATERASSO letteralmente era un pezzo di legno con 2 cuscini che formavano un letto. É una mancanza di respeto per l’ospite sopratutto perché nelle foto fanno vedere un letto, ovvero un sofà aperto coperto di lenzuoli. Per tre giorni non ho dormito poiché essendo troppo duro e rigido la schiena faceva male inoltre non potendo neanche girarsi con facilità perché la parte finale del sofà tendeva andare giù alla fine sembrava uno sdraio. La parte peggiore del soggiorno a MALTA, è stato l’atteggiamento dello staff del secondo giorno, Signora (bionda), origine straniera. Molto scortese mi ha detto che quello che consideravo un sofà era un letto. Ho sottolineato che non era quello che avevo visto su Booking e che non c’era scritto sul sito che era un divano letto che diventava letto altrimenti avrei scelto un’ altra struttura perché ho problemi alla SCHIENA e posso DIMOSTRARLO. Nonostante loro mi avevano già addebitato il conto prima di arrivare al Hotel, anche se avevo sollecitato il pagamento alla fine. Ho provato a cercare disponibilità altrove era tutto sold out, purtroppo lo staff del hotel non ha minimamente provato a trovare una risoluzione al problema… anzi non le interesaba perché il soggiorno era già stato pagato. Ciò che doveva essere una vacanza è stata una brutta esperienza non dormire per tre giorni consecutivi. Spero tanto che Booking prenda in considerazione le strutture che mette a disposizione e che siano più trasparenti per quanto riguarda i sevizi offerti. Non entro nei dettagli però ci sono altri aspetti da controllare come la colazione, la pulizia e il trattamento cliente. Grazie.

Equipe simpatica. Localização boa. Bom café da manhã.

Cons:

Tivemos problema pois havia solicitado na reserva camas de solteiro e estava bem claro. Quando chegamos só tinha cama de casal. Foi resolvido no dia seguinte.

Ottimo per due giorni a Sliema
Pros:

Posizione comoda in centro a Sliema a due passi dal mare. Camera confortevole e silenziosa (ho soggiornato al Lady Todd per un problema nella camera al Mr Todd). Colazione abbondante e varia. Reception sempre aperta.

Wystrój i położenie względem miasta Valetta i centrum Sliemy. Super obsługa i przesympatyczna i uczynna obsługa.

Cons:

Widok z okna- a bardziej jego brak. Trzeba było wejść na krzesło, aby coś zobaczyć. Trochę przez to było norowato.
