Совковость в комнатах и на ресепшене
Pros:

За комнату с нас взяли больше 50 евро за ночь и за эту цену есть ожидание нормального состояния комнаты. Облезлые потолки, картонная дверь с шатающейся картонкой, которую можно рукой отогнуть и пройти внутрь, отвратная ванная комната с облезлой душевой кабиной и забитым водным стоком, откуда не сходит вода. Это просто срам за такие деньги.
Кроме того нас и заселять ещё не хотели, хотя мы заплатили уже. Мы живём за границей и не имеем внутренних российских паспортов, и якобы где-то в мелком тексте на регистратуре у них об этом написано, но при заказе через expedia ничего подобного не было. Администратор был недоволен, что мы вообще пришли, долго созванивался с разными дамами, пока ему не сказали заселить и он скрепя зубами отдал нам ключи от номера-развалюхи.
Лифта нет, будьте готовы таскать чемоданы по лестницам на 3 этаж, а тут потолки 5-7 метров каждый, т.е. пешком как на обычный 4-5 этаж.
Из плюсов: из окна видна платформа киевского вокзала, это одновременно и минус. Зато до аэроэкспресса, чтоб доехать до аэропорта рано утром - 5 минут.
