Excelente servicio muy atento y formal el personal, bello lugar, muy familiar, pola y dante muy amigables y juguetones. La unica observacion que tenemos es arreglar un pedacito de la via de acceso. Pero es una muy buena opcion. Seguramente volveriamos!!!

The staff is very diligent. They are very helpful.
However the rooms in the cabanas are outdated and the bathrooms are definitely overdue for a remodel. I believe there is mold.

The hotel is located in a low hill and you get an amazing view. The staff is very friendly and they really make you feel that you are important to them. Highly recommended for a short break. The only reason why I didn't give the highest mark is because I got a room with now view :(

Se pueden mejorar las alternativas del desayuno
Pros:

Son muy pocas alternativas de desayuno, en Boyacá tambien hay otrasalternativas como los envueltos, almojabanas. Existen diferentes frutas, duraznos, Feijoas, arandanos. Se podria mejorar en alternativas.

Me dieron la peor habitación aunque había otras disponibles y lo solicité pero dijeron que no.
Las ventanas estaban abiertas cuando recibimos la habitación que fue en la noche, por lo tanto estaba llena de zancudos , el baño lleno de pelos y para rematar el colchón más duro que una tabla. No recomiendo este lugar jamás. Lo único que salvó la estadia fue el desayuno y la personas que mos atendió en la mesa.

Normal. Son cabañas campestres. Pequeñas. Bonitas vistas, desayuno casero. Muy negativo, que Llegamos casi a las 10 de la noche y sentimos mucho pesar al ver que tenían un perro grande encadenado cerca a la decepción, con ese frío tan horrible. El pobre perro lloraba mucho. NO al maltrato animal.
