When we went to check out, the card terminal wasn't working—allegedly because it hadn't been charged the night before. This delayed us significantly when we needed to leave for the airport, and to resolve the issue, I eventually had to pay in cash, which caused me further inconvenience

Pros:

La vista es agradable.
Esta ubicado de forma que se puede disfrutar de la naturaleza.
El servicio de restaurante es muy bueno.

Cons:

El espacio de las cabañas es muy reducido y no es proporcional al precio.
Si para la estadía se piensa llevar más de una mascota, el espacio puede resultar pequeño.

Pros:

Se me quedo un shampoo Johnson de mi bebé completamente nuevo en la habitacion y al llamar a reportar mi objeto perdido nadie me dio respuesta sino que se desapareció.

Cons:

No cuentan con personal honesto pues deben guardar los objetos perdidos y comunicar a los clientes o guardarlos como me sucedió a mi. Al limpiar la habitación, estaba el shampoo en el baño y fue mas fácil decir no hay nada que guardarlo y conservar un cliente.

Excelente ubicación, a tan solo unos minutos de las termales, la vista del paisaje es bonita, el desayuno es rico.

Cons:

En la zona de la recepción no había suficientes bebidas calientes para consumir.
Sugiero que la habitación cuenta con secador, para la llegada en la noche después de las termales.
