DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

THIS HOTEL CHARGED ME FOR THREE ROOMS THAT I HAD TO PREPAY FOR VIA EXPEDIA, GOT TO THE HOTEL WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF BOOKING (AT MIDNIGHT) ONLY TO BE SENT AWAY BECAUSE THERE WERE NO ROOM AVAILABLE!

THEY ARE REFUSING TO ISSUE A REFUND.

Felt safe and comfortable will come back!

Great stay if you need to be at the airport the next morning! The hotel room was nice, very clean, and had room service. Free airport shuttle runs every 30 or 45 minutes, even in the middle of the night. Make sure you reserve it for early rather than late because sometimes it is delayed.

The breakfast was not as fresh as it was the last time we were there, the coffee was cold, there were dirty plates all over and the options were limited.

I had the WORST experience with this Marriott. I have stayed and many others and this is my third time in Mexico... I could not believe what I went through. They did not respond to me about the shuttle and once they did they asked me to leave the area where the shuttles usually go to get a shuttle, that never showed. I was then scammed by a cab driver because I'm not familiar with mexican cabs and they blamed me for it. Every other time I have been to Cancun airport, I made sure I had transportation, as I did this time and they ruined my trip.

My family was sent to this hotel by American Airlines due to flight delays. This was the worst experience I have ever experienced. The hotel was filthy and the staff were very unfriendly and unprofessional. When my 20 yr old female cousin went her room the was occupied by a male who was sitting naked on the couch. When we decided to go to another hotel I had to argue with several staff members to help get a taxi. They wanted us to stay with them. But we refused to do so. See photos attached. I would recommend NEVER stating at this hotel.

The front desk staff could not find our reservation and advised us to call Expedia. They said that Expedia was overbooking them and that they had no more rooms available, so basically our problem. When I was on the phone with Expedia, the staff magically finally found our reservation, but you cannot check in early or check out late. They are very specific and will make you wait until exactly 3 o clock before they will start working on your check in. Even then, when we approached them at 3pm, they said it would be a few more minutes before they could help us.
Their lobby is not air conditioned. You will wait in the hot and humid place listening to hammering and construction on the other side of the wall.
When we got to the room, the toilet was gross, dirty. We asked the front desk twice to send someone to clean it and no one ever came. We were unable to use the toilet throughout our stay. The next morning I let them know no one ever cleaned and they said it was due to staff shortage because of the hurricane. I told them it would have been nice to know that from the beginning to figure out another solution rather than just be ignored.
Also, when I went up to the front desk, the staff were chatting and joking, and only after standing there for a minute, will they stop and help you, making you feel like you are not worth their time.
This was a terrible experience and I would not recommend to anyone.
We would definitely NOT go back to this place.

It’s a construction site. Marriott should be an ashamed of having this hotel open during the remodeling job. Also there is nothing around this hotel. You are in the middle of nowhere.

Great service. They always wanted us to have a fun and relaxing time. I would love to come back again. Dider and Juan were great at trying to get everyone to participate. The bartenders were great to serving us what we wanted. This location is very close to the center of hotel zona.

Front desk gets so busy that it takes two hours to get through and then put your on hold and or simply hung up

It was ok. Should have an accompaniment with the mole enchiladas like rice, it seemed like mole soup. And should have some garlic bread along with spaghetti bolognese. And the laundry was descompuesto.
