Mediocre at best.
Pros:

Stayed here for a night on my to Lumbini.
Pros:
Allowed early check in (8 am)
Front desk and kitchen staffs were friendly and helpful.
Easy access to local transportation
Cons:
No running hot water for shower. They brought hot water in buckets when asked.
Dusts in the room and used soap in the bathroom. Only one towel.
Front desk Manager wasn't familiar with prepaid reservation and asked me to pay locally again he wasn't sure if hotel would get paid by this site. Needed much work to explain how it works.
Mediocre food in the restaurant.
I won't stay here again and I couldn't find compelling reason to recommend this hotel.
