Pros:

There was no English speaking staff at the hotel. They asked for 500 rubles extra money at the entrance, even though I paid the entire fee, including taxes. that was not nice. the cleaning staff a big and tall woman was very rude.

худший отель в Москве, пускает всякий пьяный сброд и всю ночь этот сброд издаёт истерический ор, если такой скот для вас не проблема тогда добро пожаловать в этот хлев.

В целом хороший отель рядом со станицей метро, до центра на метро минут 15, номер хороший, чистый, в номере есть всё что нужно, в том числе и микроволновка. Хороший бюджетный отель за приемлемую цену.

下次再到莫斯科是我個人之選，不過，夏天房間沒有空調可能比較熱一點。
Pros:

房間整潔光線充足，Wi-Fi信號強，但是無法上網。鄰近地鐵站，步行往大型商場及24小時超市只需十分鐘。

Pros:

這是一間非常好的飯店，乾淨、整潔、價錢公道，而且服務人員很親切。地點也不錯，附近有兩個捷運站，M10 與M14通過，M14是環狀線。

Hôtel loin d'être dans le centre comme l'indique hôtel.com ( 20min de transport en commun pour rejoindre la place rouge)

Pas de petit déjeuner proposer.
Pas de sèche cheveux.
La gentille femme de l'accueil ne parle pas un mot d'anglais, elle parle que le russe, impossible de se faire comprendre.

Les murs sont épais comme des feuilles de papier, nous entendons la discussion des voisins et plus encore...

Chambre pas nettoyer -> pas de lit refait, pas de changement de serviette, juste des articles de toilettes remis.

Pour en finir l'eau de la douche sent terriblement mauvaise et coule jaune...

Les chambres sont propres à notre arrivé , le wifi fonctionne très bien malgrès tout.

They say in the description aswell in the location they provide that is located in the city center, which is not true. The description says they are 10 minute walking from the Bolshoi theatre, when in reality is 1 hour 45 minutes. The staff does not speak english, and through signs we tried to tell them about the fake description and the answer was somehow an “i don’t care”. We had to stay there because we were looking for the hotel for more than 2 hours since we didnt have internet and we were trusting the location provided, we arrived at the hotel at 1.30 am because of that. We asked for the refund, for at least, the second night, and they refused. THEY GIVE FAKE INFORMATION AND THE STAFF DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL.
