Instruções de acesso no alfabeto Cirílico
Pros:

Hotel bem localizado, limpo e pessoal atencioso, porém tive dificuldade em encontra-lo pois o acesso só mostra orientação em alfabeto Cirílico, que eu não domino.
Após entrar em contato com o número de telefone, subi até o segundo andar do prédio, onde se localiza o hotel.
O quarto onde fiquei, havia um desnível (degrau) na entrada, não sinalizado, que poderia provocar um acidente.

Very positive experience!
Pros:

Location of the hotel is excellent, just across the street from Gorkovskaya metro station which is just one stop away from the famous Nevsky Avenue/Prospect. It wasn't my original choice, but I was relocated there due to booking error by hotels.com/previous hotel. Hotelroom was tiny, but totally acceptable for one person. Bed was very comfortable and shower worked well. There were no public spaces in the hotel, just rooms and small reception desk in the end of the hallway.

Extra points for the small fridge, which was relatively quiet.

If something negative to mention, the lack of power sockets (there were only two and the fridge took one of them. Bring your own extension cord if you need to charge gadgets!

My booking included breakfast, and it was very basic. Definitely NOT worth the money they are asking it separately. For the same money, you get much more from nearby cafeterias.
