The staff and general atmosphere are what puts Citizen M far apart from other hotels eg the Hilton. Sebastian from Fi

The staff make Citizen M what it is ! That’s why we chose it. The beds are also very comfy !

Cons:

The shower had a slight leak, and it was expensive to stay there considering breakfast wasn’t included in the price.

Cons:

El tamaño de las habitaciones extremadamente pequeño y que deberían especificar que no es adecuado para bebés, no hubo ningún tipo de ayuda para una mamá sola con un bebé, nadie se preocupó por ayudarte con las maletas, nadie te colaboró con nada.
Las almohadas son imposibles!! Amanecí con dolor en el cuello, exageradamente altas

Voor een kort verblijf echt een aanrader door de sfeer en de toplocatie.
Pros:

Een toplocatie, zeker als je een voorstelling in theater Carré bezoekt. De kamer is compact, maar is handig ingedeeld. Dat de bar 24 uur open is, is ook fijn. Alles bedienen met de Ipad is even wennen, maar alles werkt goed.
Het ontbijt was goed.

Cons:

Wij misten bekers/glazen in de kamer. Het beddengoed had een, voor mij, sterke wasmiddelgeur, waar ik allergisch voor ben (geparfumeerd wasmiddel) waardoor het voor mij lastig slapen was. Mijn partner had hier geen last van.

Heel veel geld voor een matige nacht.

Fijn barpersoneel en lekkere cocktails en eten.
Toplocatie.

Cons:

Het was erg warm en het raam kon niet op een kiertje.
Geen koffie/ thee op de kamer.
Weinig sfeer op de kamer.

Amenities very good, tram station right outside hotel, staff very nice, able to leave baggage after checking out.

Cons:

The TV /radio worked during the day but could not connect in the evening. Didnt spoilt trip though .

Lovely comfy stay
Pros:

Bed and pillows were utterly gorgeous. Loved the smart features in the room and blackout blind. Staff were very courteous, friendly, warm and attentive.

Cons:

The room was small and a bit cramped. Not much space for cases and hanging things. Also we had to crawl out of bed to the end to get out but it was a very comfortable bed 😊

A small, efficient room, perfectly located in the city. Right next to an outstanding bakery and an underground stop. Across the street from a tram stop. Excellent breakfast, too.
