Cons:

Mostly all good.
Only suggestion would be if iPad provided had more local recommendations and hotel information and check out instructions that would be helpful.
Also a maybe luggage stand would be helpful..

Delightful friendly staff, clean hotel, fab location, value for money.
Pros:

The room wasn’t huge but big enough for two people. The bed was a super king which was very very comfortable- it was a lovely bed.
Within the hotel, there aren’t any facilities such as gym or fitness centre. But the 24hr bar/cafe provides a great selection of snacks and water on tap.
The staff are super friendly and the hotel is spotless.
Its prime location, most attractions are within walking distance. The tram and metro are just outside the hotel.

I would most definitely stay at the hotel, it’s really good value for money.

Cons:

I shouldn’t class this as a bad thing because it’s for safety. But, our friends were on separate floors to us, and we couldn’t get to them. each room is allocated to a specific floor. If you’re on floor one, your key access card won’t allow you to get to floor two, three or four.
