Asrita gave us an excellent service. We had a good time with our family.
The food was delicious and the service was quick.

I checked in 2 days ago on a business. Room are very nice and comfortable. It came with complimentary breakfast and the the restaurant Ms. Asrita was very helpful, i saw how dedicatedly she greeted and served all the guests as well as me. Food quality served was good. I would say Southend TGI was the most convenient and comfortable stay had.

Main advantage is location, but room size is too small.

We stayed at Southend by TGI . Had to stay there for longer time due to our work but they gave the best hospitality in all aspects. Rooms were very clean and spacious, clean bathrooms and attentive staff to our needs. The best thing is their restaurant, they have the lavish spread at complementary breakfast. Both Ms. Priyanka and Ms. Asrita at the restaurant are very courteous. Priyanka especially helped us in customisation of our food as we wanted. The front office is also very quick. Special mention to Ms. Manisha at the reception. She was very polite and facilitated our stay very well. Overall it was a very comfortable experience for us.

This hotel offered a pleasant stay with impeccably clean rooms and a wide variety of breakfast options. The staff were consistently helpful and efficient, making the experience even more positive. While the location was a bit far from the main restaurant and bar area, the hotel felt safe, and the rooftop terrace offered a beautiful view worth the extra walk. The spacious and well-equipped room, though, had thick, firm pillows which were uncomfortable for some, but this was a minor issue in an otherwise exceptional stay
