Pros:

Nice Hotel, everything interesting in walking distance, nice people and great restaurant.

Cons:

The room directly over the Bus Station with the constant noise of the buses was a bit annoying while trying to fall asleep. Everything else was great.

Excellent business offer, astonishing panoramic view from the tearrce
Pros:

We were impressed by the size of the rooms, first of all. Excellent the private parking (but also very needed), even by payment. Spa very nice even if small and with funny rules and to be paid (but worth). Amazing the panoramic view of Beograd from the restaurant terrace. Excellent price for the level offered.

Cons:

Weird rules for the spa (you have to book for a place that is usually very empty). The place is clean but first day I found the toilet dirty, no idea why.

Чистота, отношение и отзывчивость персонала, удобство в номере, хороший завтрак, тишина, кухня в ресторане

Cons:

Темно в ресторане; курение в ресторане и тем более на завтраке; меню в ресторане, очень плохо читается текст на английском; прозрачная стенка между комнатой и уборной 😂

Entäuschend, aber blieb zum Glück nur 1 Nacht
Pros:

Lage war i.O. Es war nicht das erste Mal für mich in Belgrad und wollte eigentlich was hochwertigeres mit Parkplatz.

Cons:

Es handelt sich um ein 4-Sterne-Hotel, allerdings scheint dieser Standard hier eher symbolisch zu sein.

Die Dusche in meinem Zimmer war eindeutig defekt. Da ich dies erst beim Duschen festgestellt habe, habe ich mich notgedrungen abgeduscht und den Mangel anschließend umgehend an der Rezeption gemeldet. Als einzige Lösung wurde mir ein Zimmerwechsel angeboten. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hätte das das Problem jedoch nicht mehr gelöst.

Trotz mehrerer Versuche, den Sachverhalt im Nachgang per Nachricht sachlich zu erklären, wurde offenbar nicht verstanden, worum es eigentlich ging. Bei einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erwarte ich, dass grundlegende Ausstattung wie eine funktionierende Dusche vorab geprüft wird und dass bei klaren Mängeln zumindest eine angemessene Entschädigung angeboten wird.

Insgesamt entspricht der Umgang mit dem Problem nicht dem, was man von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarten darf.

Imalo je svoj Spa, i Soba na 5tom Spratu sa pogledom na Beograd!

Good stay for a couple of days
Pros:

Good hotel, close to the centre. 15 min walk to the fortress. Clean enough, room is not small. Comfortable bed. Good bathroom fascilities, nestle coffeemachine, tea, a bottle of water. Good breakfast with eggs, salads, pancakes.

Cons:

Smell of cigarettes(. The bottles from hairconditioner and body lotion in the shower, although filled with body wash and something else. Confusing.
