U susjednoj sobi gosti su organizirali zabavu te je buka trajala veći dio noći. Nekoliko puta sam morao odlaziti na recepciju kako bih zamolio da se situacija riješi i gosti stišaju. Nažalost, unatoč mojim višestrukim pritužbama, buka se nastavila i gosti se nisu stišali. Hotel također nije imao slobodnu sobu u koju bih mogao biti premješten, što je dodatno utjecalo na kvalitetu boravka.
Posebno me razočarala reakcija recepcije koja je djelovala nezainteresirano za rješavanje problema. Organizacija i provođenje kućnog reda bili su na vrlo niskoj razini, zbog čega je cjelokupan dojam više podsjećao na hostel nego na hotel ove kategorije. Stjecao se dojam da svatko može raditi što želi, bez ikakvog nadzora ili brige za ostale goste koji žele miran i ugodan boravak.
