Pros:

Central location, easy to reach to the different places of interest in the city.
Breakfast buffet is great with a gorgeous view over Belgrade.
The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful.
I warmly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast had choices , food not so warm

Cons:

Staff at Restaurant very rude, arrived at 10:01 for food they didn’t serve after 10:00, no ideas about cocktails, staff at breakfast very bad. Too much noise early at restaurant, never.

Pros:

Хорошее расположение. У входа в отель автобусные остановки и легко добираться в Новый Белград. Вкусные завтраки, есть из чего выбрать. Нормальный ресторан на 7 этаже, если бы не было так накурено. Но это особенность Сербии.

Se află la aproximativ 30 de minute de mers pe jos de centrul orașului, la 30 de minute de mers pe jos de Cetate și la 30 de minute de mers pe jos de zona de promenadă de pe malul Dunării, ceea ce o face foarte convenabilă pentru plimbări și explorarea orașului. Micul dejun foarte bun! Camera curată!

Cons:

Ce nu ne-a plăcut la această proprietate este faptul că descrierea și fotografiile de pe Booking.com nu corespund în totalitate cu realitatea. În prezentare se menționează piscină și parcare, însă nu se specifică clar că acestea sunt contra cost, respectiv 20 de euro pe zi pentru parcare și 10 euro pe oră pentru piscină. Dacă în trecut exista o oră gratuită la piscină, acum ni s-au cerut bani încă de la început.
Acest aspect ne-a fost comunicat cu doar o seară înainte de sosire de către echipa Booking, ceea ce considerăm incorect, deoarece plata este retrasă cu 5 zile înainte și nu mai există posibilitatea anulării gratuite.
De asemenea, zona este foarte gălăgioasă, având impresia permanentă că geamul este deschis, ceea ce afectează confortul și odihna.

Superbe !
Pros:

Superbe accueille. Nous avons laissé nos bagages sans soucis avant de récupérer la chambre et après le Check-out.
Les réceptionnistes sont tout deux adorables et super serviable.
Le petit déjeuner est savoureux et ce même pour une vegan !
Propreté, emplacement, accueil…

Cons:

Spa peu intime, étant deux jeunes fille avec que des hommes voyeurs.. nous ne nous sentions pas à l’aise

Practical due to its location for short stay

Cons:

The standard of amenities and cleanlines is very poor. The towel hook in the shower is broken, the condition of the detergents is disgusting, the lamps are wobbly, and the electrical outlet in the bathroom poses a hazard. The spa's operating procedures are inconvenient. The windows are leaky. The hotel's best impression is made by the reception, but the room, which is called superior, doesn't even deserve a single star. Clean and repair at least.
