Based on local tax laws, all Colombian citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) only when receiving a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 stamp or TP12 visa upon entry to the country; Exemption only applies to room package rates (accommodations). Permit must be shown upon arrival.
Please note that in accordance to 679 of 2001 Colombian Law, Law 1336 de 2009 and 3840- 2009 resolution, sexual exploitation of children is illegal. Therefore, every children from ages 0 to 17 must present a valid ID and birth certificate along with the parents ID to verify their relationship. If the minor is not accompanied by his or her parents, the accompanying adults must have a written and authenticated authorization along with the previously mentioned documentation.
This tax is not automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation.

El espacio del comedor, es muy pequeño y demorado el servicio.

La Limpieza.
La Habitación que reservé era para dos adultos y un niño de 8 años. No había cama sencilla, era solo una cama doble y un sofá. Se suponía que el sofá, era sofá cama, pero la habitación era tan estrecha que no fue posible abrir el sofá cama, a pesar de correr la mesa del teléfono. Pedí apoyo pero nadie me la brindó, solo me dieron una indicación verbal. Mi esposo tuvo que dormir en el piso.
La atención y el servicio
La limpieza , no se siente calor y no es escucha ni una mosca! Ideal para descansar
El hotel está bien situado y es una buena opción para una estancia en el lugar. Habitaciones pequeñas pero cómodas y bien mantenidas.
Nada que destacar, se podría mencionar que el agua caliente de la ducha tarda mucho en salir, aunque a veces no es ni necesaria por el clima de la ciudad.
La situación, esta cerca del centro y en la carretera para salir por carretera a cualquier dirección. Las habitaciones están bastante nuevas y se descansa bien.
El desayuno podría mejorar, un poco de más variedad y de más calidad, pero nada malo que destacar todo correcto.
