Mejor evitarlo!
Pros:

Lo que puedo destacar positivamente es el personal, especialmente del restaurante: muy amables y disponibles.
La posición también es muy buena estando muy cerca del centro.

Cons:

Por ser una suite, el habitación es muy lamentable y vieja. A nuestra llegada, la nevera estaba desenchufada y la razón es el ruido al enchufarla. Productos de baños muy limitados. No había pantuflas, ni agua potable como cortesía del hotel.
La calefacción era como un tractor por el ruido que hace.
Probablemente la única razón por ser una suite es el tamaño, pero en mi opinión esto no es suficiente.

Lo peor ha sido en nuestra última noche, cuando ha salido un olor horroroso del baño… al comunicarlo lo único que nos dijeron fue que lo habrían comunicado al de mantenimiento. Muy lamentable!

Nos encanto la habitacion del hotel esta decorada de muy buen gusto es fina y elegante. El desayuno típico de la región muy rico y de excelente calidad. El hotel se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad es muy fácil trasladarse a cualquier punto. En general todo excelente cuando vuelva a Cajamarca escogería sin duda el mismo hotel

Emplacement idéal à deux pas de la Plaza de Armas. Personnel très serviable, très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Hôtel bruyant. Température des douches variables (brûlant ou très tiède). Les fenêtres des chambres donnent sur les coursives et couloirs intérieurs de l'hôtel. Il n'y a donc pas de lumière directe dans les chambres, il faut passer le séjour les rideaux tirés pour un peu d'intimité.

EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN, PERSONAL AMABLE
Pros:

La ubicación excelente, el personal atento, el desayuno bufet le falta más variedad. El hotel bien organizado, a las 10.00 p.m. aprox apagan las luces de los pasadizos y se puede descansar muy bien.

Cons:

El desayuno podría mejorar. Algunos pasadizos del segundo piso son oscuros en el día, deben poner luces con sensores de movimiento, para facilitar el tránsito de los huéspedes e incluso la apertura de la puerta de la habitación.
