Pros:

The hotel cannot find my confirmation booking and refuse to give me the room. The hotel said they already have been the network of you. I am still waiting for my refund. The front desk staff cannot help anything, only ask me to cancel my booking on Hotel. Com. However, there is no cancel button for me to cancel. Your staff at Hotel. Com just asked me to wait your follow up. Your staff keep calling, but no answer from this hotel. How can I prove I wasn't checking in on 17th Oct. The question is how can I still make booking on this hotel when they said NO network with your Hotel. Com anymore. Disappointing experience this time.
