家庭房是位於中間，無對外窗，室內空氣非常差，主打親子飯店卻將家庭房設計在最差的位置，令人感到失望，號稱大飯店其實也只是SKM Park旁邊的旅館，唯一的優點就是可以走路進SKM Park

十分舒適的親子飯店體驗
Pros:

服務人員親切，早餐DIY很有趣且多樣，小孩非常喜歡能自己親手做雞蛋糕；內附有多個兒童遊戲區(室內2、室外1)，完全符合親子飯店的需求!大廳另外提供氣泡水暢飲，且在下午還有免費爆米花，整體體驗非常舒適；坐落在Outlet後方，於營業時間可直接斜切抄近路至飯店且飯店停車格很多，可安排半日逛Outlet、用餐也很方便!

Cons:

房間隔音略為不好，可聽到走廊門鈴及隔壁動靜，如有入睡困難的人建議自備耳塞，但基本上夜晚很安靜、床也很好睡!

這次入住的房間有兩間浴廁很棒，讓一家五口不用搶。
早餐竟然有寶寶粥，想起以前都要出遊前自己先買幾包帶著。華園真貼心。

優點只有在草衙道旁邊、平面停車場、房間提前整理好有讓住客先進去

Cons:

隔音差、備品只有給拖鞋（櫃檯也沒有提供其他種）、雙人床是兩張單人床合併、浴室矽利康都發霉
