本來看google評價很多人反應隔音問題，擔心嫩嬰睡不好，但考量媽媽一打二還是已方便為主選擇入住，但入住當天並沒有遇到多人反應的隔音問題，而且從一開始櫃檯接待人員服務就超好，進到房間之後，空間雖然不大，但是很乾淨、用品齊全、冷氣很涼，茶水間有飲水機、消毒鍋很方便，大寶在兒童遊戲室玩的很開心，在樂園跟outlet 玩累了步行幾分鐘就可以馬上到飯店休息，早餐是超豐盛的buffet，孩子可以自己做鬆餅跟雞蛋糕，覺得很慶幸最後選擇入住這裡，省了媽媽很多奔波的體力，下次再來還會選擇入住。

早餐的餐點有待改善，薯條、雞塊太乾太柴，連小孩都覺得不好吃，整鍋玉米濃湯裡都加了黑胡椒，小孩都不敢吃，貴飯店不是主打親子住宿嗎？這湯的製作不是應該先以多眾的小孩客群口味為主嗎？若有需要調味者，餐台上再附調味料自行調味即可。以上建議。

Quirky hotel.
Staff were great.
Hotel was spotlessly clean.
Bed was comfy and a great shower.
There was a filter water machine and ice maker to the left of the elevator which was great.
Fantastic location for the SKM park shopping centre, about 2 mins walk.

Cons:
