Our stay at Mandarin Oriental Beijing, Wangfujing was exceptional from the very first moment we walked in. The level of care and attention to detail was evident immediately and consistent throughout the stay.

What really stood out is that the service never felt transactional. The team was warm, thoughtful, and genuinely focused on helping — including with things that were completely outside their control. They supported us through a lost luggage situation, coordinated with travel teams, and even reached out proactively to the hotel we were transferring to. All of it was handled calmly and with real consideration.

Several people made a lasting impression: the hotel manager, the front desk and duty managers, Alex, Nacho from food and beverage, and Sabrina in the spa. Each of them took personal interest in making sure my family and I were comfortable and had everything we needed.

The attention to detail in the room was also greatly appreciated. Overall, a stay that felt personal, thoughtful, and genuinely five-star.

Amazing room with many things available to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Moreover facilities were well maintained such as the pool and gym .Lastly, the room service food was delicious!

Excellent hotel, located in the center of Beijing, amazing breakfasts. Special thanks to Marvin Lin and William Zhang for their excellent service, the staff speaks English well. The staff also gave me souvenirs when I checked out.

The hotel is stunning; our room was immaculately clean with a beautiful terrace. The stay was made more exceptional by the service of the staff. Professional and kind, Marvin from the Guest Relations, ensured every aspect of our stay was perfect, thoughtfully checking in on us, brilliantly introducing the hotel facilities [including the new Mongolian huts at MOBar while personally escorting me to my room] and offering fantastic local recommendations. The genuine warmth and attentiveness from everyone else was equally outstanding. It’s a shame that I left just before Beijing started to snow.

An exceptional stay in the hotel, elegant Christmas decoration and warm greetings set a great set of the experience. Perfect room style and fanatic amenities with super Beijing local heritage - Lion style Chocolate. Breakfast in Zishan was an exquisite highlight, dining with the snowy scene at a window table. Diverse food feed my taste. All colleagues are welcome, a special shout out to Adele and Peter Fu in Front Office who took care me and made me really feel at home. Can wait for a revisit.

Just got back from an awesome stay at the Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing! The vibe is super chill, and Peter and his team are amazing, really made me feel at home. Plus, the location is perfect for checking out all the sights in Beijing.

The experience was absolutely remarkable, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the Reception team. Peter, in particular, was a standout, offering incredible recommendations for restaurants and bars around the city that truly enhanced my stay. Beautiful room and amenities added to the overall charm, making everything feel special and inviting. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
