Celkově bych to shrnula že tento hotel byl dostačující.
Pros:

Na místě při příjezdu se dalo domluvit na snídani, která byla dobrá.

Cons:

Večer před příjezdem jsem dostala potvrzovací email s tím že můj Check-In může být dřív. Když jsem však přijela ráno okolo 9:30 né moc úplně milý personál mi oznámil že to nejde.. že dříve jak v 15:00 to nebude. Nicméně mi nabídli že si můžu nechat aspoň věci na recepci.

Velmi příjemný pan recepční- byl velmi ochotný se vším vyjít vstříc. Snídaně skvělá- pestrý výběr. Hotel ideální pro fan
Pros:

Lokalita- blízko zimního stadionu- ideální pro fanoušky. Velmi ochotný personál. Čistota. Výborná snídaně.

Cons:

Je zde vše slyšet z ostatních pokojů ( bouchání, sprcha apod.)

Pros:

Hotel je na dobrém místě, tramvají kousek od nádraží. V koupelně je i fén, což je fajn.

Cons:

Na posteli jsem měla špinavý polštářek, na okně byla špinavá záclona. U jedné žaluzie byla utržená šňůrka na ovládání. V pokoji byl velký hluk. Jednak z ulice a pak už od půl osmé pokojské křičely a telefonovaly na chodbě. Při odchodu z hotelu jsem překračovala pytle se špinavým prádlem. Hotel by měl vyškolit personál. Ne všichni chtějí vstávat podle křiku pokojských. Musím říct, že mě pobyt hodně zklamal.
