Helpful receptionist
Jediné, co odpovídalo 4* byla snídaně (s přivřením obou očí). koupelna byla hezká a čistá, parkování ok.
Při příjezdu na recepci nebyl nikdo, nikdo nechodil... až po čase mi napadlo zavolat na telefonní číslo, které bylo někde v zádu v poličce schované. Přitom kdyby tu cedulku někdo položil doprostřed recepčního pultu, tak je to hned jasné. A nebyla jsem sama, pán, co přišel, když jsem byla na večeři měl stejný problém.
Ani mi nenapadlo, že bych u rezervace u 4* hotelu měla kontrolovat, jestli je na pokoji klimatizace nebo alespoň větrák. Každopádně tam byl termostat, který ukazoval přes 26 stupňů a záskok za recepční (servírka) mi řekla, že můj pokoj klimatizaci nemá. a síťky na oknech taky ne... Postel není manželská ale dvě sražené k sobě a hrozná díra veprostřed.
Restaurace taky nic moc, přístup strašný, ale to je na samostatnou recenzi restaurace.
