Liked the view of the sea from my room which was changed to C29. However the microwave didn't work and the shower head and wand needs maintenance.

My visit was and an awesome experience I will definitely be going back and recommending family and friends

We had a little hiccup at check in, however once we got in contact with the property owner, Paul, he ensured that we were taken care of. He was quite apologetic, paid for our dinner and upgraded us. Our overall stay was good, would definitely reserve with them again.

When me and my husband finally got to the apartment it was beautiful and clean and it looked just like the pictures on Expedia. I was so happy that it was self check in because we arrived so late after check in. But the only thing that was wrong was after 7days of being there, they hadn’t came to change the linen on the bed or clean. We had to go to the lobby to get cleaning. The restaurant on the resort never had 2 things that matched. The pool was always closed for maintenance. But other than that, the driver they appointed us was so courteous and knowledgeable but pricey. It was definitely a great stay just need some work on the professionalism. Be sure to use the laundry service they were great. We will be back next year tho.

I’ve always loved sandcastle. It’s the perfect location in ochi Rios to get everything you need. I rented a private room. The room was clean and spacious. Nice decor. The Ac in the living area works perfectly but the one inside the room cools for maybe 20min and then it’s just hot air. You gotta shut it off wait and turn it on again. They have a small electric stove top 2 burners..some necessary utensils like knife would be nice. Other than that it was good

Great place to stay when visiting Ocho Rios. Clean convienient and friendly.

Nice View an all, but i wish it was more Clean, like the bed skirt that goes around bed was dirty, those Towel dat i didnt use was bad color an also the bathroom mats, an when we enter the Room the place Smell like Weed house an it was Dusty... i will go back there ,but i hope they see this review an have there housekeeping to a better Job before an after someone leave🙄👀

The inside was very clean and as per the pictures.However ants are an issue ,and the broom was full of hair.A better ironing board and adding a mop will be convinient.

The property was right on the beach and located in central Ocho Rios-within minutes of restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment, etc.
The individual that checked us in was pleasant unlike the others we had to deal with during the time we spent. Some of the front desk personnel were not courteous.I did not appreciate going to the front desk each day for a beach pass and was told if I didn't want to come to the front desk I could go purchase a pass at the public gate.This would defeat the purpose of booking a suite on the beach.
Kitchen is very small, not much room to turn around. Our unit was by the public garbage bin so each night we were awaken between midnight and 2 A.M. by the LOUD banging sounds from the truck picking up and dropping the bins.

Wir haben 6 wundervolle Tage in Ocho Rios im Apartment C15 in der wunderschönen Anlage des Sandcastles verbracht. Die Wohnung war top modern und gut ausgestattet mit einem sehr bequemem riesen 2m Bett, grosses Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, Safe, moderne Küche und Balkon mit Sicht auf den Strand. Wir können die negativen Erfahrungen nicht verstehen, da auch das Restaurant sehr lecker und preiswert war. Sweet & Sour oder Curry chicken war super lecker und mit 800 JMD pro Gericht für jamaikanische Verhältnisse in einer Touristen Region sehr günstig. Wir haben zu dritt jeweils für USD 20.00 gegessen. Super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge da Dolphin Cove oder Mystic Mountain ca. 10min mit dem Auto entfernt sind. Der Strand ist direkt vor der Türe und man kommt mit einem Pass kostenlos hinein. Alles ist abgesperrt und wird mit Security überwacht, das Eingangs- sowie Hintertor und sogar der Strand wird mit Schloss abgeschlossen und ist vergittert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Wäsche kann man für 1100 JMD waschen lassen und ist ein top Service! Wir haben es 2x genutzt. Frühstücksmöglichkeiten gibt es in Ocho Rios kaum für Europäer, deshalb haben wir eingekauft und in der Wohnung selber gekocht. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und der Service an der Reception sehr gut. Die Wohnung C15 ist auf jeden Fall top und sehr empfehlenswert Sehr gerne wieder!
