Un endroit bien placé et agréable
Pros:

C’est un endroit bien placé et agréable, l’ambiance y est calme.

Cons:

L’insonorisation serait à améliorer ( on entendait notre voisin tousser)
Le fait que la propriétaire gère à distance et que le personnel ne parle pas anglais est source de malentendu et rend la communication difficile, c’est dommage.
Pas de choix dans le petit déjeuner qui semble fait au moment et qui est trop long, pas de proposition de se resservir si on a faim.

Pros:

旧市街から徒歩１０分くらいの静かなエリアでした。かなり満足度高いです。インスタ映えするブテイックホテルでした。

Cons:

強いて言えば、朝８時から夕刻５時までいるタイ人女性の英語能力でしょうか。でも、笑顔でいい感じの女性です。

Check in auf die Motorhaube, Zimmer mit Balkon der ein riesiges Loch hatte und nicht begehbar war, Frühstück Reissuppe oder kaltes Ei, Zimmer bitte vorher mit Video dokumentieren, wir mussten 750 TBA für ein kleines Gesichtshandtuch bezahlen, das nicht ganz sauber wurde, Handtücher, die von uns nicht benutzt wurden, wollten Sie uns in Rechnung stellen, die Flecken waren dort schon, Badezimmer dunkle Höhle die Betten eine Katastrophe, haben 7 Tage gebucht, sind nach 4 Tagen abgereist

Nous avons demandé à déjeuner plus tôt … ils servent le petit déjeuner à partir de 8h (plat typique, attention aux délais si vous êtes pressé)
Nous avons dormi 2nuits, pas de nouvelles bouteilles d’eau mise à disposition pour le deuxième jour

Decor. Room size. Comfortable beds. Location staff. Boutique hotel in the true sense of the word. Over sized rooms. More like a studio than a bedroom. Big comfortable bed. Balcony. Great breakfast.
Owner and Staff are super friendly and helpful. House is in a quiet residential neighbourhood yet convenient for easy walking into town. Enjoyed it so much. I extended my stay. Highly recommend. Don’t miss this opportunity. 5 stars

Booked for 6 nights. Stayed for 9. Will definitely go back again. Big comfortable bed. Very good val

Beautiful homely house. Boutique in the true sense of the term. Over sized bedroom with balcony. More like a studio with a seating area than a bedroom.
Absolutely loved the location. Easy walking distance to the old town. Very quiet residential area. A true sense of Thailand. The owner and staff are so friendly and welcoming. I actually extended my stay. Highly recommend.

Cons:

There is nothing not to like in this hotel. Excellent.

Pros:

Nahe dem Altstadtkern gelegen, ruhig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr freundliche Inhaberin, ebenso das Personal.

Cons:

Zum ersten Frühstück gab es ein amerikanisches Frühstück, was ich persönlich schrecklich finde. Am nächsten Tag wurde aber ein Thai-Frühstück serviert.

Overall stay was good. Would definitely recommend.
Pros:

The hotel is privately managed and is well designed. The hotel owner/staff was very nice, although i did the self check-in but she was too helpful on the communication. The price was also reasonable, specially i went in the high season.

Cons:

I booked the twin room, which was the only available option. It was a little uncomfortable for me on a little bed as i was travelling alone.

Ideal if you like peaceful surroundings.
Pros:

Nice quiet area, close to the centre of the old town.
Has a large Seven Eleven nearby.
Small hotel (only 6 rooms).
Adequate breakfast.
Friendly staff.

Cons:

Breakfast served without a choice.
Cooked breakfast was only luke warm (although not unusual in many Thai hotelsi).

Des amateurs !!
Pros:

La personne en charge de l’accueil, des petits déjeuners, du ménage etc . La même pour tout ! Serviable mais ne parlant pas un mot d’anglais !

Cons:

Les petits déjeuners, l’absence de mains courantes dans les escaliers et emmarchements : danger de chute !!
Pas de carte avec adresse et tel ! Utile pour les taxis ou autres communications.

L’hôtel n’a même pas de carte de visite pour présenter au chauffeur de taxi !
Chaussons usés et trouer , traces importantes de moisissures dans la salle de bain , pas de rampe dans l’escalier et autres emmarchements ….
