Pros:

Nous avons eu une très mauvaise expérience car l’hôtel a pratiqué une double tarification alors que ma réservation chez booking.com était payée. Le fait d’avoir ouvert un autre compte a occasionné un nouveau règlement et prélèvement. Les petits déjeuners ne sont pas des buffets ou l’on peut prendre ce que l’on veut. Mais c’est à la carte avec une seule boisson et un plateau breakfast. Je suis extrêmement déçu et mécontent de cet hôtel et il a fallu contacter booking pour dénoncer cela mais malgré cela le personnel n’a rien voulu savoir puisque j’ai été débité sur mon compte. Je fais une réclamation à ce sujet

Cons:

L’accueil et l’écoute. Le petit déjeuner en buffet comme dans les autres hotels. Le frigidaire était débranché et fonctionnait pas bien.

Pros:

Clean room and property.

Cons:

Staff behavior ...only Damon was helpful than to i have to seek for help multiple times.

No water in rooms, confused staff. Wrote email related to issues with booking few times, no onr cares to respond. I think booking.com also reached out but they do not respond. Spoiling name of marriott.

Next time i would not stay at this property rather take some thing right in down town.

Got together with a friend for an event, stayed in an amazing hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is in a convenient location to the event I was attending. It is walkable to a number of different places including restaurants such as Cindi's. Jennifer was extremely helpful in getting me checked into my room early. Size wise, the room is very spacious.

Cons:

There was a questionable person sleeping on a bench across the street from the hotel.
