Good value and nice staff.
Pros:

Good value. Nice staff. Next to a nice coffee shop. The young guy often at the desk can speak some conversational English.

Cons:

There was a small leak from a light in the ceiling and their solution was moving the bed. Didn’t bother me too much but they didn’t seem too concerned about fixing it either. They rented a motorbike which was nice, but more expensive than other places I’ve rented in Vietnam.

Don’t waste your time
Pros:

Terrible welcoming. Nobody in reception. C/i process in the middle of a coffee shop and the hotel. They didn’t ask for booking names. They didn’t know how many nights we stay. Room dirty with only 2 tiny towels for 2 pax. Walls completely dirty. No complementary water as usual in Vietnam. A tiny bottle of warm water in the coffee for 10k vnd. Noisy room difficult to sleep due every time a truck pass near the hotel, the bed moved. No daily housekeeping as they advertise. After 2 days we have to contact them for room cleaning and change towels. No TV control remote. Gaps in the room’s door what makes the light go through. By far our worst hotel experience in Vietnam after 3 years. We understand that we receive what we pay but they should have minimum standards to recommend the hotel. We will never be back. There are better places nearby. Unluckily due the situation they were closed.

2. 호텔 사장이 운영하는 호텔 옆 카페, 커피가 굉장히 맛있음
3. 굉장히 저렴
4. 근처 식당 많음

아쉬운 점
1. 수압이 약함
