Pros:

Hola , me dio muy mala impresión el hotel ya que no tiene el nombre al publico , ah que adivinar para encontrarlo , no atiende el teléfono , las personas que están esperando no esta preparada y me dio la impresión, que no estaban esperando con esa acogida que en otro sitio encontré.
