Please note that children under 3 years can stay free of charge if sleeping in existing beds. Older children can stay in an extra bed available for a surcharge.

    Children of any age are allowed.
    Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
    Children from 3 years old to 6 years old stay for 750 Kč per person per night when using an available extra bed.
    People 7 years old and over stay for 1,360 Kč per person per night when using an available extra bed.
    Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
    Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Außergewöhnlich gutes kleines Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage ist überragend, die Zimmer sehr sauber und groß. Das beste jedoch sind die Mitarbeiter des Hotels, alle unfassbar freundlich und zuvorkommend!!!

Das Hotel ist sehr gut geeignet für einen ruhigen und angenehmen Aufenthalt im Zentrum von Karlsbad
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum der historischen Altstadt von Karlsbad. Es ist alles fußläufig gut erreichbar. Anfahrt ist nur bis 10:00 Uhr (am) erreichbar. Danach muss im Hotel angerufen werden damit die Poller eingefahren werden, dann erst kann man zum Hotel fahren. Wenn das Auto entladen ist, bringt ein Mitarbeiter das Auto in eine Garage. Das gesamte Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Service beim Frühstück ist sehr aufmerksam. Alles wird immer wieder nachgefüllt und gebrauchte Teller und Gläser werden schnell wieder abgeräumt. Der Frühstücksraum liegt in der ersten Etage und ist auch mit dem Aufzug erreichbar.

Cons:

Über die dritte Etage ist der Innenpool, die Sauna der Wellnessbereich erreichbar. Man muss ca 20 Stufen über einen Außenbereich hochgehen. Dieser Treppenbereich ist gegen Wind und Regen geschützt. Nur der Handlauf hat an öfters Engstellen. Finger können eingeklemmt werden. An der Rezeption erhält man den Schlüssel für das Bad und muss die Sauna anmelden. Es gibt nur die eine Sauna und die wird von allen Gästen mit Badebekleidung benutzt, weil man direkt vom Pool reingehen kann.

Gemütliches Hotel mit besonderem Service in toller Lage.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage und gemütlich. Schöner Wellness Bereich und gutes Frühstück. Das Auto wurde geparkt und stand bei Abreise bereits vor der Tür. Es hat geregnet und es standen Schirme zur Verfügung. Sehr aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Very recommended hotel for couples that want a romantic weekend in Karlovy Vary
Pros:

IIt cannot be better located than this, best area to walk around Karlovy Vary. The rooms have a vintage feel and look, although very modernist facilities, the swimming pool and sauna area are just about the right size.
Very friendly staff.

Cons:

The Sauna and pool are not in the same building and the rooms facing the back have no view of the city.
