Dieses Hotel ist super!
Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sehr gemütlich und das Schwimmbad ist toll! Das Frühstücksbüffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, es gab sogar Prosecco zum romantischen Frühstück in tollem Ambiente. Das Personal ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Die Sauberkeit im Hotel und im Zimmer ist auch super. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal da und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder👍

Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!!!
Pros:

Hotel mitten Zentrum, Zimmer mit eine Terrasse, Parkplatz muss man reservieren 20€ pro Nacht, ohne Reservierung wird richtig kritisch. Schöne Sauna und leider sehr kleines Pool, aber hats es trotzdem Spaß gemacht.
Frau am Rezeption war sehr hilfreich und freundlich, spricht mehrere Sprachen. Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausreichend,

Cons:

Nur eine Sache, tauschen Sie bitte 🙏🙏🙏Matratze, die sind sooooo durch geschlafen und Kopfkissen viel zu dünn.

Sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, sehr zentral gelegen, unmittelbar an der Marktkolonnade. Hotel ist sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Kolonnade, dennoch sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, sehr nette familiäre Atmosphäre. Pool ist sehr schön gestaltet, Saunabereich allerdings recht klein.
Frühstück sehr gut und ausreichend. Hervorragendes Restaurant mit ausgezeichnetem Service und sehr schönem Ambiente.
Es wird ein Parkservice angeboten, wir haben allerdings separat in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus reserviert.

Cons:

Es war alles sehr gut.

Pros:

A very nice and comfortable hotel in an excellent location. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had a great experience. We would be happy to stay here again!

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt im Zentrum
Pros:

Nähe zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zentral gelegen, direkt an der Promenade. Sehr schöne renovierte Zimmer, wir hatten mit Blick auf die Promenade , und mit guten bequemen Betten. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut. Wird alles ordentlich präsentiert, und es ist alles vorhanden was für ein gutes Frühstück ausmacht. Wir waren schon in etlichen Hotels in Karlsbad, aber dieses ist was besonderes. Kommen sehr gerne wieder. Sehr schön ist auch die Wellness Abteilung des Hotels mit einem sehr schönen Pool . Unbedingt mal ausprobieren . Sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist auch überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Parkplatz in der Hotelgarage ist für 20,- € pro Nacht vorhanden und muss vorbestellt werden. Parkservice vorhanden . Toll 👍🏻

Naprosto skvělý personál, při prijezdu jsme měli defekt na pneumatice, pan majitel pro nas přijel a naprosto profesionálně a skvěle nam pomohl včetně noční prohlidky Varů. Výjimečná kuchyně. Moc děkujeme.
