Please note that children under 3 years can stay free of charge if sleeping in existing beds. Older children can stay in an extra bed available for a surcharge.

    Children of any age are allowed.
    Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.

    Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
    Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Charmantes Hotel in zentraler ruhiger Lage
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Standardzimmer gebucht und vor Ort ein upgrade bekommen, ein geräumiges Zimmer mit Dachschrägen und einem kleinen Fenster zur Fußgängerzone, welches unserer Meinung nach die bessere Seite ist. Das Hotel hat einen Fahrstuhl, das Zimmer ist aber nur durch zusätzliche Stufen erreichbar. Das Badezimmer ist sehr groß, duschen nur in der Badewanne möglich.
Das Frühstück erfolgt in einem Raum ohne Tageslicht, ist Standard, ok, aber nichts Besonderes.
Wir habe die Sauna benutzt, die durch einen offenen Gang mit Stufen ausserhalb des Hotelgebäudes zu erreichen ist. Sie ist recht klein, dafür ist der Pool überraschend groß, hell, mit Mosaikfenstern über 2 Etagen ansprechend gemacht. Wir waren zu der Zeit die einzigen Gäste dort.
Parken: Wir haben gar nicht erst versucht, einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der näheren Umgebung zu finden, sondern einen Garagenparkplatz für ca. 20 €/Nacht genommen. Wegen der speziellen Situation parkt das Personal den Wagen in einer Parkgarage mit Fahrstuhl hinter dem Haus, der Zugang zum Fahrzeug ist jederzeit möglich.
Alles in allem vergeben wir eine hervorragende Bewertung.

We stayed in a very cold room, didn’t get to use the pool, couldn’t leave our luggage at the hotel
Pros:

We had a clean, safe room.

Cons:

The room was very cold. The wall heating unit was disconnected. The cold poured in from the big old windows. The staff left at 7pm We were very cold. The pool that we looked forward to, was outside and up stairs and closed at 8pm We were told we couldn’t leave our luggage in the hotel the next day after checkout.
