Pros:

It's a nice resort in the middle of the forest. Great veiwes from the balcony, access to the swimming pool (for the extra charge) there are sports and kids playground on the territory of the complex.

Wonderful vacation
Pros:

We loved the apartment. Wonderful location and beautiful landscape. Very comfortable, we didn't want to leave. We highly reccomend it.

Needs improvement.
Pros:

The location is stunning, right in the heart of the bear's forest.
The architecture is intriguing, the apartment being spread on multiple levels.
The apartment is large enough for a family of up to 5.
Check in is done autonomously at any hour, with an entrance code,
3 toilets.

Cons:

The WiFi router disconnected once an hour, I was working remotely and couldn't cope with that, so we left earlier.
The lower balcony was full of bird poop.
No washing machine and dish washer.
Needs mosquito nets for hornets, the area was full of them.

Pros:

Stayed in 3 bedroom apartment. Heat was not functioning. Hotel offered space heaters. Bathrooms were in terrible conditions. Cracked tiles, shower did not have curtains or enclosure so water was everywhere. Some hotel staff did not speak Romanian or English. Hard to communicate.

A very good ski apartment for a family.
Pros:

It was spacious. The kitchen facilities were in good condition. It had free parking and in proximity to the gondola ( couple of minutes of driving).
I didn't go to the spa.

Cons:

I wish the spa was more family oriented
