Spotless and Welcoming
Pros:

I had a fantastic stay at Medal Hotel! The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the environment was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always eager to assist. Their kindness truly made my experience memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking excellent service and a clean, relaxing place to stay!

We were not happy at all, and we’ll not stay at this hotel ever again.
Pros:

It’s very clean and the location was good

Cons:

The shower: we complained that the water is coming too small and nothing was done. The last day, there was no water which we had to literally beg the receptionist to give us another room to shower. After asking and asking she did, but it was not having hot water. So we had to wait for our room water to start flowing so that we shower.

It was a really bad experience especially since we were with a 6 year old.

Checking in: the receptionist at the time was complaining that our total fee is very cheap and she demanded us to pay. I told her we will pay on checking out. Which she complained and demanded the fee shall be in USD not in local currency. Why inconvenience customers on checking in? It was so unfair. Anyways we paid in USD when we checked out.

It's not the same thing you've seen on the website no airport shuttle no hot tab they are different from they wrote on there web when u compare ...and they don't have respect they disrespect u

Too many mosquitos & bad isolation of the building which led to an extremely coldness in the room
