Hotel Apple Dream

Abbiamo soggiornato sei giorni in camera tripla. L’hotel è al secondo e terzo piano di un edificio. Niente ascensore. Posizione ottima vicino alla metro. Nelle vicinanze si trovano anche un paio di supermercati e vari posti dove poter cenare se non ci si vuole spostare. Camera piccola ma con tutto il necessario. Letti comodi. Lo consiglio.

The room is clean. No elevator but staff carried for me my luggage.

I enjoyed my stay very much: the staff was freindly and helpful, the hotel was very clean and it is very near the metro which was very convenient. The free Wifi was fine and there was always hot water for a relaxing shower. But the room was very small, no TV, no A/C, no place to set the suitcase. The hotel is on the 2nd and 3rd floors with out an elevator.

Excellent location very friendly neighborhood. Room is quite small but new clean and comfy. Breakfast is quite slow but tasty better to order in advance

Väldigt bra hotell för pengarna. Otroligt trevlig personal och bra läge, nära till tunnelbanan och centrum.
Det gick inte riktigt att stänga badrumsdörren, vilket var lite underligt. Men annars väldigt bra.

Jag känner mig lurad på grund av att storleken på rummet och läget där hotellet ligger stämde inte överens med annonsen. Rummet skulle vara på 15 kvm med utsikt mot staden, istället fick jag rum på 6 kvm med utsikt mot innergård. Hotell ligger inte ens i närheten av Röda torget, utan lång ifrån centrum, metro Dobryninckay. På hotellet hördes ständigt oljud av generator. Personalen är vänliga.

Excellent customer service! Very close to the subway and city center. No elevator but they carry for you the luggages. Very nice and efficient staff. Room are spacious and bathroom clean as well. They have a full kitchen with big fridge and plates so you can store your food on the premises. There’s a hostel vibe but with the comfort of a hotel which is pretty awesome! They offer you shower kits and a shower robe. Check In is at 2pm but we arrived with my friend at 11am and as they had a room available they let us check in earlier for free. You always have someone at the reception which is great and they offered us a free welcome coffee/ tea with cookies! I loved their smile on their faces. And the modern design of the room!

The room consists of a corridor and a bed which takes up space from wall to wall, from corridor to window.There is a furniture in the room: a chair and a bed. I am really disappointed.

Nice hotel, staff are very friendly although some of them they don’t really speak English, they were willing to help and did translation for us. Clean room with amenities, quite in the middle of city centre, only 2 stations away from Main Attractions “St. Basil Cathedral”.

Hotel novo em ótima localização (próximo do metro e restaurantes). O hotel é bem limpo com uma equipe de atendimento muito simpática e prestativa. O prédio do hotel não possui elevadores, caso você tenha muitas malas, você irá cansar um pouco. Sofri um pouco para achar o hotel, já que não existe nenhuma fachada na rua indicando sua localização. O hotel não disponibiliza café da manhã, porém o hospede poderá utilizar um linda cozinha com muitos utensílios para preparar sua refeição.
