Remarks: A robust frontal system currently over the central coast of B.C. will gradually move over Vancouver Island later this afternoon with rain, heavy at times, beginning this evening. Rainfall amounts of 100 mm are expected with potentially higher amounts over northern sections near Zeballos. The heavy rain will ease Wednesday afternoon as the frontal system continues to move south of Vancouver Island. ### Water will likely pool on roads and in low-lying areas.
