Meeting and pickup
Our van and trailer are parked beachside between 456–484 Marine Parade, Biggera Waters. This is not a shop, numbers are for reference only. Guides wear red shirts. Check-in opens 15 mins before. Please arrive ready. No toilets or change rooms. Tour departs on time.
What to expect
After a warm welcome and safety briefing, you'll paddle past sandbanks and skyline views, with seabirds and stingrays often nearby. Your guide shares stories of the Broadwater and the incredible sea life that lives below.
At Wave Break Island, enjoy a short bushwalk to a rocky reef. After a quick snorkel briefing, slip into the water to explore this subtropical underwater world, or relax on the sand while your guide takes photos.
Then it’s time for a picnic-style break with tasty, locally sourced snacks by the sea, a highlight for many guests. On the way back, nature might surprise you: dolphins, soldier crabs, or rays sometimes make a special appearance.
This is a welcoming Gold Coast experience with good vibes, great guides, and memorable moments on the water and for you to take home.

- Low to medium fitness level (depending on weather conditions). Early morning tours usually offer calmer conditions while afternoon tours could be more for a good challenge. We offer a physical activity where a certain fitness level is required, no refunds or rescheduling options are entitled for those who are not able to complete the activity.
- Maximum weight limit per double kayak is 220kg and 120Kg per single
- Minimum age is 4 years
- Water visibility and wildlife spotting may be affected by the force of nature (e.g. winds, rainfall, tidal currents) and Seaway Kayaking Tours is not responsible should this occurs.
