This experience offers a chance to meet an Embera community member, learn about their culture, visit their dwellings to gain insight into the realities faced by indigenous people in Colombia today and visit the NGO that is doing an heroic effort to help them — all with the guidance of an indigenous person and a professional local guide.
By signing up, you're supporting the NGO and in consequence, the Indigenous people in Medellin. (50% of the profits go to the NGO).

Meeting and pickup

You can easily order a car there or it's 15 minutes walk to Alpujarra metro station.
