What to expect
*** FOR ARRIVALS: arrival date, airline name, flight number, arrival time, description of your destination (name of the hotel, building, house or exact address), so, after completing your immigration process and collecting your luggage, one of our officials will be waiting for you with a sign with your name outside the national or international terminal depending on your flight. Later we go to the assigned vehicle located in the airport parking lot (vehicle that you previously chose according to your luggage and required seats).
***FOR DEPARTURES: you must indicate in your reservation the departure date, the name and location of the hotel, house, apartment or Airbnb, and the time you wish to be picked up.
In either case, please provide a phone number with WhatsApp to facilitate communication in Cartagena.
The transfer time is 15 to 40 minutes, depending on the distance and traffic. (application for hotels located in the tourist area of Bocagrande, Centro, Getsemaní, Marbella and Zona Norte). The MANZANILLO AREA IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE BASE RATE.
Each reservation is for a single transfer.
