Join a sunrise hot air balloon flight over ancient Thebes, with round-trip pickup from your Luxor hotel or Nile cruise ship included.
You are collected before dawn and cross the Nile by motorboat to the West Bank launch site, where tea, coffee and snacks are served while the balloons inflate. During the 45–75 minute flight, look down on the Temple of Hatshepsut, the Valley of the Kings and the green Nile valley as the morning light spreads over the desert. Every passenger receives a flight certificate after landing, and you are driven back to your hotel or ship by mid-morning, free for the rest of the day.
Good to know: balloon baskets are shared with other travelers. Flights depend on the weather and only operate when conditions are safe; if a flight is cancelled, an alternative date or refund follows the booking terms.
