That village was Lidice, an innocent little hamlet near Prague. So, on 10 June 1942, the village was encircled. All the men were killed, all the women were sent to concentration camps to work, and all the children were evaluated. If a child corresponded with the Aryan type, they were send away for Germanization. The rest were murdered. The village was demolished and erased from the map.
