    Bridge of Lies

    The Bridge of Lies is a popular attraction from the Old Town of Sibiu and makes the connection between two important streets. Made of iron, the bridge was the second of its kind from Europe and the first from Romania. Several legends are told about its name, it has been said that the bridge was often crossed by merchants that used to lie to their clients and fool them.

    Near the Clock Tower and The Citadel of Sighisoara, visit the house in which Vlad the Impaler was born, in the period of the Turkish invasion, when the ruller of Wallachia, Vlad Dracul and his wife were hosted by the mayor of Sighisoara.     Visit the clock Tower of Sighisora, built in the 14th century had as main purpose to defend the main gate of the citadel, and it was also used as town hall until the year 1556.     Journey towards The Fortified church of Biertan, one of the largest and most impressive strongholds in Transylvania, that looks like something out of a fairy tale.
