All our transfers are private vans so you will not wait in line. Your driver will be waiting for you right after you clear customs and cross the glass doors that exit the airport into the meeting area. He will be properly uniformed and have a sign with your name on it. As soon as your driver greets you, you will be taken to your van and then off to your hotel. Let us know if you want any stops on the way to the hotel to program it and make sure the van has enough time.

What's Included
Meeting and pickup
If you booked a departure pick up to the airport you will need to be picked up at least 3 hours prior to your flight minimum at the location of your choosing in Playa del Carmen Pueblo or Hotel Zone. Please contact the Paradise Transfers to get a GPS pin point for your departures.
What to expect
- Terminal 3: Exit through the door marked Tour Operators. Walk down the aisle to the Margaritaville Bar (next to the parking platforms). Your driver will be waiting there with a sign showing your name.
- Terminal 2 and 4: Exit through the door marked Tour Operators. Walk down the aisle to the Welcome Bar (next to the parking platforms). Your driver will be waiting there with a sign showing your name.
These are the only authorized meeting points for Tour Operators.
Communication
- Please send us a WhatsApp message once you have passed migration and collected your luggage.
- Free Wi-Fi is available at the airport.
Your Driver
- Will be properly uniformed and holding a sign with your name.
- Will escort you directly to your vehicle.
- The transfer will be non-stop to your hotel in a recent, safe, and comfortable vehicle.
- Driving time varies depending on traffic and destination. Your driver will always drive courteously and respect speed limits.
At Your Hotel
- Upon arrival, your driver will take you to the lobby.
- Service concludes once you are safely at your hotel.
- Please check you got all your belongings, Paradise Transfers is not responsible for forgotten items on the viehicle.
