Please provide your arrival flight details and our driver will be on-hand to collect you from the airport on arrival It is ideal to book at least 3-6 months in advance as gorilla permits are in very high demand. Please have a flexibility of +/- 2 weeks around your preferred travel dates as permits for specific dates may not be available. We recommend that you book the plane tickets last.
Arrival at Entebbe international airport. Airport pickup and transfer to hotel (typically Pineapple Guesthouse for Entebbe or Xanadu Collection Suites for Kampala). City walking tour for guests with flight arrival time before 12:00 noon local time. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included. Full Tour briefing from the Driver-Guide during dinner.
Stop for 1-hour at the Zziwa Rhino sanctuary to track Uganda's remaining population of southern white rhinos
45 minute hike to the top of the hill to catch the magnificent spectacle that is the 'world's most powerful falls'. Bring hiking boots and expect to get wet from the spray
Arrive in the park and head to lodge for check-in, rest, dinner and overnight stay
Early breakfast then 4-hour morning game drive in park's northern sector
2-hour afternoon river cruise on the Nile, spotting animals and birds bathing and drinking on the shores (Crocs, Hippos, Elephants, Buffalo and more)
Evening game drive in search of predators (1 of only 2 parks in Uganda where night drives are allowed)
3 hour guided nature walk in the Bigodi wetland sanctuary, the home of the Great Blue Turaco and over 200 other species of birds including Hornbills, Turacos, Parrots, Cranes and Kingfishers. The sanctuary is also home to 8 species of primates, including the Black and White Colobus, Red Colobus and Red Tailed monkey.
Evening arrival to Kibale Forest National park, check in at lodge, dinner and overnight stay
Breakfast, ranger briefing then tracking chimpanzees and other primates (Grey cheeked mangabeys, Colobus monkeys, Red-tailed monkeys, L'hoest's monkey, Olive Baboon, Vervet Monkey and the Blue Monkey); 3-hour experience with 1-hour observing the chimpanzees. Return to lodge for lunch and 2½ hour afternoon drive to Queen Elizabeth National
Morning game drive in the Kasenyi plains of Queen Elizabeth National Park. (Elephants and Buffalo, Kobs, Warthogs, Water-buck and, with luck, Leopards and Lions).
Afternoon boat trip on Kazinga channel (crocs, hippos, buffalo and birds drinking on the shores)
Tracking tree climbing lions in the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park
Evening arrivial in Bwindi impenetrable forest. Option to take walks to local villages if not too tired from the drive
Breakfast and 15 min walk to Rushaga ranger station. Ranger briefing and hike through impenetrable forest with experienced ranger (anywhere from 1 to 6 hours, but normally no more than 2 hours) in search of assigned gorilla family. 1 hour with gorillas then return to lodge for lunch & shower.
Late afternoon arrival at Lake Bunyonyi and check in at hotel (Rock Resort). Evening motorised canoe ride on lake Bunyonyi before dinner and overnight stay.

Quick stop at the Equator crossing in Kayabwe, enroute to Entebbe
Optional: stop to check out a local artisanal drum making factory
