The wildlife in Samburu is special and can't be seen anywhere else. When you go to the reserve, you can see unique animals like the Grevy's zebra, the reticulated giraffe, and the Beisa onyx. You have a better chance of seeing African wild dogs here than in most other parks.
Greater and Lesser Flamingos, as well as black and white rhinos, are regular visitors to Lake Nakuru. Maasai Mara is famous and important wildlife conservation and wilderness areas in Africa, world-renowned for its exceptional populations of lion, leopard, cheetah and African bush elephant.

This morning depart from Nairobi to Samburu game reserve. The drive is approximated to be five to six hours drive. Arrive in good time for lunch and relaxation at the lodge as you wait for the sun to cool down. Later in the afternoon at around 16:00 hrs. proceed to the park for game viewing / looking for wildlife until 18:30 hrs. which is the official time that the park closes.
Today you have a full day in samburu game reserve - Morning and afternoon game viewing is offered. There is a wide variety of animal and bird life seen at Samburu National Reserve. Several large game species common to Kenya's northern plains can be found in abundance here, including the following dry-country fauna: gerenuk, Grevy's zebra, oryx and reticulated giraffe. All three big cats, the lion, cheetah and African leopard can also be found here, as well as the elephant, Cape buffalo and hippopotamus are found here. The rest of the evening will be at the lodge.
Exiting the Samburu, early morning game and scenery drive. Nyahururu's Thompson Falls will be visited. Visit Great Rift Valley's Lake Nakuru National Park, a birdwatcher's paradise. The park is one of Kenya's best, but flamingo numbers are decreasing due to natural factors like rising water levels. The lake has euphorbia trees, waterfalls, acacia forests, and rocky escarpments. Pelicans, cormorants, kingfishers, ostriches, storks, herons, and eagles join the flamingos. This scene is vibrant and abundant. Because of its easy wildlife viewing, this special park has much more to offer. Lake Nakuru has beautiful but endangered species. Rothschild's Giraffe and white rhino are common along the lakeshore. The park protects Kenya's largest black rhino population.
An early morning game viewing at the Lake Nakuru National Park for at least 3 hours. Followed by a transfer to Maasai mara game reserve for an afternoon game viewing. The rest of the evening at the lodge
Today shall be a game viewing extravaganza! Masai Mara Game Reserve remains the most exciting wildlife eco-system in the Natural world. It is host to the highest and most varied concentration of wild animals than any other wildlife park in the region. The scenic appeal of the tree studded savannah plains, the moderate climate and diversity of wild game species makes it a one stop shop for game viewing activities. Savannah We shall traverse the Masai Mara reserve on a full day of unlimited game viewing encountering the big five and more of the lesser game. We shall visit the Mara river where we may watch hippos & crocodiles or maybe the great migration (July – October)
This morning you have a morning game viewing in the park followed by a transfer to Nairobi airport for your outbound flight.
