Meeting and pickup
We will pick you up from any hotel or accommodation in Luxor, on either the East Bank or West Bank, ensuring a smooth start to your VIP experience.
Your driver/representative will meet you at your hotel lobby or outside your accommodation entrance, holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name for easy identification.
If you are staying on the East Bank, our team will escort you to the boat to cross the Nile to the West Bank, where your vehicle will be waiting. Guests staying on the West Bank will be collected directly and driven straight to the hot air balloon launch site.
Please note that the hot air balloon experience is shared with a small group. After the balloon flight, your private West Bank tour begins, where you will meet your licensed local guide, speaking the language you selected during booking.
Please wear comfortable walking shoes, bring sunglasses for sun protection, and keep your camera ready for unforgettable moments during both the balloon flight and your private sightseeing tour.
