This is a private service for your group of up to 8 passengers in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle. Pickup times are flexible to match your flight schedule, and the driver will be happy to assist with any questions. Please provide your flight details and hotel name when booking to ensure a smooth and hassle-free transfer.
Travelers will be dropped off at any location in Aswan, including hotels, guesthouses, Nubian homes, accommodations in the Nubian Village, or on Elephantine Island—essentially, anywhere you are staying in Aswan.
What to expect
On arrival, your driver will be waiting **outside the airport arrivals hall**, holding a sign with your name. You can choose from **three pricing options** based on your accommodation:
1. **Aswan city hotels:** Direct transfer to your hotel or Nile cruise is the best option. Some hotels, such as Basmaza, Isis, and Mövenpick, have private docks—transfer by hotel boat is free and included.
2. **Elephantine Island hotels:** If your hotel offers a free motorboat, the first option remains ideal. If not, our second pricing option covers a private transfer from the airport to the dock, then motorboat transfer to your hotel.
3. **Nubian Village hotels:** Contact your hotel before booking. If the hotel provides free motorboat service, the first option is recommended. If not, our third pricing option ensures a **private airport-to-dock transfer plus motorboat or car** directly to your hotel. If there is road access, the car will take you directly.
