- Arrive at your 85 Pham Quang Anh, An Hai, Son Tra, Da Nang 10 minutes before your booking time to pay and get ready for the class.
- Going to the local market with your cooking instructor, hand picking your own ingredients for your chosen meals while learning the local ways of life.
- Coming back to the class, learning the histories and stories behind those dishes.
- Making everything your own from scratch under the instruction of your chef while learning some useful tips and a bit of touch of language.
