we would like to Welcome you in Egypt's capital! You'll be met on arrival at Cairo airport by our representative and moved to your hotel. Your adventure will begin with a welcome meeting to explain your itinerary, then the rest of the day is free at your leisure. If your flight lands early, then you could take a first look at the pyramids with an amazing sound and light show (optional), OR perhaps head into downtown Cairo for a Nile dinner cruise and show (optional) .

Visit The Great Pyramids, Sphinx & Saqqara .

Step Pyramid of Djoser
you will Check out after breakfast to start your day tour of the pyramids at Giza and Saqqara with your private Egyptology tour guide. Start in chronological order, as it were, by visiting step pyramid of Saqqara; the first capital of ancient Egypt. This is the oldest pyramid in Egypt 4800 B.c; built by King Djoser, that will be before exploring the famous pyramids at Giza .

Pyramids of Giza
you will Stop for lunch break (optional) then, continue visiting the Giza Plateau to explore the world famous pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, Mycrenos and Sphinx; these structures that have stood tall for 4500 years. Discover the beauty of the Sphinx, one of the largest monolith statues in the history of mankind. Enjoy the views and take remarkable pictures. You'll find your local Egyptology guide a wealth of knowledge and full of enthusiasm about Egyptian history, and their country in general. In the evening you will be picked up and transferred to Cairo train station to take your night sleeper train to Aswan (about 12-13 hours) .

Aswan Arrival Transfer to Nile Cruise & Aswan Tours

Aswan High Dam
Upon Arrival in Aswan our licensed Tour guide will meet and Assist you at Aswan Railway Station to be transferred by A/C car to your 5 stars Nile Cruise to check in before lunch. Have lunch on board. Then start your tour by visiting the High Dam; achieved in 1960 to Protect Egypt from the flood and generate electric .

Temple of Philae
you will Proceed to visit the Graeco Roman Temple dedicated to goddess Isis using a small motorboat to get there. Later on, return back to your cruise for Dinner, folkloric show, and Overnight in Aswan. There is also an early morning optional visit to the UNESCO world heritage site of Abu Simbel. This amazing site was completely dismantled and rebuilt when Lake Nasser was flooded. Note: If your arrival to Aswan is so early, so we will start the tour direct upon arrival since the cruise check-in time at 12:00 and we don't want to waste our guests time time waiting at the lobby for check-in .

Navigation & Kom Ombo Temple

Temple of Kom Ombo
After Breakfast on board , Free leisure morning on the deck. Have lunch and be ready for the cruise navigation by afternoon heading to Kom Ombo city where to visit the amazing Temple Of Kom Ombo Dedicated to two gods; Horus (the falcon god) and Sobek (the crocodile god). Also, you will get to visit the Crocodile Museum. then you will Get back to the cruise and have Dinner then you will Continue sailing to Edfu for overnight .

Edfu Temple & Arrive Luxor (visit Luxor Temple)

Temple of Horus
After you will have your breakfast, you will enjoy Horse Carriage Ride with your tour guide to visit the temple of Horus at Edfu which is considered to be the most complete and the best Preserved of All the Egyptian Temples. Return to the cruise. Relax on the deck watching the unique landscape and admire the beautiful scenery of the Nile river while sailing to Luxor. Lunch on board. Afternoon tea on the sundeck .

Luxor Temple
You will Pass through the Esna lock to Luxor; built on and around the ancient site of Thebes, and has the greatest concentration of Ancient ruins in the Nile Valley, if not the world. Across the Nile lies the City of the Dead, with its mortuary temples and rock carved tombs. To the east stand the Temples of Luxor and Karnak. Late in the afternoon, arrive at Luxor Harbor, to visit Luxor Temple which is in the center of town and is colorfully lit up by night and where ancient Egyptian, Christian and Islamic features are exhibited. Dinner on board and belly dancing show. Overnight in Luxor .

Luxor West Bank, Karnak Temple Tour & Sleeper Train to Cairo

After Breakfast and check out to start your remarkable day By driving to the West Bank to visit the Valley of the Kings, where the pharaohs from the New Kingdom Era carved their tombs in the Mountains aiming to hide their treasures and protect their mummies from eye of thieves

Temple of Hatshepsut
Then to the Mortuary temple of the famous queen Hatshepsut at El Deir El Bahari. End your tour in the West Bank by a photo stop in front of the gigantic statues of Memnon. Lunchtime in a local restaurant (optional) .

Temple of Karnak
Continue to visit the massive temple of Karnak. It was linked to the town of Luxor by a long sphinx lined avenue. Inside the large courtyard are three temples. The much photographed Hypo-style Hall has an impressive 134 towering columns, each is carved with scenes of gods and pharaohs, and hieroglyphic inscriptions cover the walls. At the end, transfer to Luxor train station to take your overnight sleeper train back to Cairo .

Alexandria Day Trip

Upon arrival in Cairo train station, meet your guide for a full day tour to Alexandria from Cairo. Tour Alexandria's most significant and fascinating spots with your private tour guide. See the Greek and Roman masterpieces ruins at the National Museum, descend into the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, with the beautiful artworks, visit the Roman Theater, take in views from the 15-century fortifications at the Citadel of Qaitbay. Explore the New Alexandria library at your own pace. Drive Back in comfort to Cairo Airport to take your flight back home or if you can add extra nights to your time in Cairo, then you have a chance to join any other optional sightseeing tours of Cairo to visit the Egyptian Museum , Cairo Citadel and Coptic Cairo or a spot of last minute shopping until we take you back to the airport for your final departure flight.
