  Breakfast then you will be picked to start your unforgettable day by driving to the west bank to visit valley of the kings, where the pharaohs from the New Kingdom carved their tombs in the mountains aiming to hide their treasure and protect their mummies.

These tombs are some of nestled in the foothills opposite the Ramesseum are more than 400 tombs.

  Ramesseum (Mortuary Temple of Ramses II)

  Then, proceed to the Ramesseum Temple which is Considered the memorial temple (or mortuary temple) of Pharaoh Ramses II . it is located in the Theban Necropolis in Upper Egypt, on the west bank of the river Nile, across from the modern city of Luxor. The Design of Ramesses’s mortuary temple adheres to the standard canons of New Kingdom temple architecture.

  Then to valley of the queens where king’s wives and sons of pharaohs were buried, well known in ancient times as Ta-Set-Neferu, meaning ‘the place pf beauty‘. There are more than 90 known tombs, usually consisting of an entrance passage, a few short halls, and sarcophagus chamber . You will visit 3 tombs of the queens and their sons of the kings like the tombs of amun-khepshef, khaem-waset and Queen Tyti wife of king Ramses III . the most notable are those of Nefertarti, the favorite queen of Ramses II.

  Temple of Medinat Habu

  Continue to visit madinat habu temple of king Ramses III , the last great warrior pharaoh of the new kingdom (1550 – 1080 B.C) . the temple is well-preserved of the new kingdom memorial temples . it is decorated with military scenes and texts illustrating the victories of the king , as well as th rituals performed and festivals celebrated . Aroyal palace was attached at the temple open forecourt , while priests dwellings and administrative units lay on either side of the temple .

  Habiba hand Weaving

  Then you will move to Habiba for Hand weaving specializing in hand woven scarves in Egyptian cotton , linen and wool . on site local hand weavers also selling machine made scarves and shawls on cotton and cotton mixes . in rural setting on the west bank in luxor with views of nobles tombs where women still working and making hand made cloth of Pure cotton , so you will get the experience of how women still using Hand made machines

  Colossi of Memnon

  End your tour in the west bank by a photo stop in front of the gigantic statues of Memnon. After finished, you will be transferred back to Hotel or Nile Cruise in Luxor.
