    Leave from your Nairobi Hotel or the airport in the morning and drive through the central Kenya highlands to Nyeri town the base of the Aberdares Ranges. Have lunch at the Outspan Lodge before leaving for the Treetops Lodge, in the early afternoon. The night is spent on your comfortable perch, above the floodlit water hole and saltlick where, all night long, a procession of animals come to drink. Dinner and overnight at a Treetops Lodge.

    Have breakfast and leave for Lake Nakuru via Thompson's Falls, named after the Scots explorer who first saw the Falls in 1884. Continue to Lake Nakuru National Park for lunch. In the afternoon have a game drive in the park. Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge
