Meeting and pickup
Pickup is available for all hotels in Krabi within the specified areas. Pickup time is between 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Guests at Railay Beach should meet at the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier (15 minutes from Railay East), guests at Ton Sai should meet at the Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang, and guests at Centara Grand Beach Resort are requested to use the hotel’s shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled.
You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.
When you arrive, you will see our easily identifiable meeting point with our welcoming staff. Please proceed to check in, kindly provide your name and booking number.
What to expect

On arrival at Ton Sai Pier, you’re free to explore the island at your own pace. Stroll along beachfront paths, browse local shops, relax on the sand, stop by cafés and restaurants, or walk up to the stunning Phi Phi Viewpoint for a breathtaking panorama. You’re welcome to enjoy the island however you like—just remember the scheduled return time, as this is a round-trip ticket.
When it’s time to head back, simply return to Ton Sai Pier and reboard the ferry with ease. The journey back offers another peaceful ride across clear waters, giving you a moment to unwind and enjoy the scenery.
