2Peninsula Valdes
The day begins with an unforgettable journey to Península Valdés, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Argentina’s most iconic natural reserves. After a scenic one-hour drive, arrive at the eco-village of Puerto Pirámides, where—if selected—you'll board a boat for a thrilling whale-watching experience (optional, not included) observing these majestic creatures in their natural habitat (available from June 15 to December 13). The adventure continues through the southern region of the peninsula, where vast grasslands and gentle hills offer breathtaking views and frequent sightings of native wildlife such as guanacos, rheas, maras, foxes, and armadillos. Admire the dramatic Atlantic coastline and the remarkable geological formation of Caleta Valdés, then stop at the Carlos Ameghino Interpretation Center for a deeper understanding of the peninsula’s rich natural and cultural history. Overnight in Puerto Madryn.

- The itinerary of Peninsula Valdes will be subject to possible road closures due to rain or other climatic factors. In the event that part of the itinerary is canceled due to weather conditions, a 50% refund of the land tour will be applicable.
- Whale Watching optional: If navigation is not possible due to bad weather conditions, a note will be provided to facilitate the corresponding refund claim. If there is an opportunity to return to Puerto Pirámides to navigate the following day, the corresponding transfer cost will need to be paid
- Whale watching: Whale activity depends on factors related to migration. We recommend booking the whale watching in advance to secure spots on the navigation.
