Meeting and pickup

After disembarking, please take the free shuttle bus located directly under your cruise ship. The shuttle will take you to the Maritime Station.
Once you arrive, enter the Maritime Station and exit the main entrance.
A representative of Smeralda 360 will be waiting for you outside the main entrance with a sign saying “Smeralda 360”.
Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
- Pick up from Hotel or Apartment -
Participants will be picked up directly from the main entrance of their hotel or apartment.
It is recommended to be ready at the scheduled pick-up time and to wait outside the facility.
The vehicle is easily recognizable thanks to the side writings “Smeralda 360”.
For operational reasons, the driver can wait only a few minutes.
For those who do not use the pick-up service, the meeting point is at the parking lot of Molo Brin in Olbia, located in the area reserved for buses. The vehicle will be easily recognizable thanks to the side writings “Smeralda 360”.
What to expect
When you arrive you will find the personal station ready with everything you need: semolina and water already dosed, boiled potatoes and utensils. After a brief introduction to Sardinian ingredients and the local culinary tradition, you will begin to knead and shape the pasta step by step.
The lesson is accessible to everyone, even those who have no experience. You will be accompanied throughout the process: from the preparation of the dough to the traditional techniques handed down from generation to generation.
During the course you can enjoy drinks included such as wine, beer, soft drinks and water.
Once the pasta is ready, you will sit down for a tasting: it will be cooked by the instructors and served with typical Sardinian sauces, along with a small appetizer and a traditional local dessert, to offer you a complete and authentic culinary experience.
