Participants will be picked up directly from the main entrance of their hotel or apartment.

What to expect

Participate in an authentic traditional sar da cooking class dedicated to fresh pasta in Olbia and live a practical and engaging experience led by local chefs. You will learn how to prepare fresh pasta by hand following traditional Sardinian techniques and using simple and genuine ingredients.
When you arrive you will find the personal station ready with everything you need: semolina and water already dosed, boiled potatoes and utensils. After a brief introduction to Sardinian ingredients and the local culinary tradition, you will begin to knead and shape the pasta step by step.
The lesson is accessible to everyone, even those who have no experience. You will be accompanied throughout the process: from the preparation of the dough to the traditional techniques handed down from generation to generation.
During the course you can enjoy drinks included such as wine, beer, soft drinks and water.
Once the pasta is ready, you will sit down for a tasting: it will be cooked by the instructors and served with typical Sardinian sauces, along with a small appetizer and a traditional local dessert, to offer you a complete and authentic culinary experience.
