There are two cruise ship piers in Roatan: Mahogany Bay / Isla Tropicale and Coxen Hole Pier.
Mahogany Bay /Isla Tropicale: Your tour departs from the Mahogany Bay Cruise Center, which is approximately a 5 to 8-minute walk or a 2-minute taxi ride from your ship. Upon debarkation, walk past the shopping area. You will see the white taxis; at that point, you can hire a taxi or you can hire a taxi or make a left straight up the hill. When you see the green gate, walk through it and continue down to where people are holding signs. Ask for Creg. Let him know you have a reservation and provide your name.
Coxen Hole Pier: Your tour departs from the Coxen Hole Pier, which is approximately a 5 to 7-minute walk from your ship. Upon debarkation, walk through and past the main shopping area on your right. Turn right when you see the sales booths. You may be approached by vendors offering their tours; they can be persistent, but please continue on and let them know you are already set. Keep walking toward the exit gates to the main street. If you have any trouble finding the exit, ask a pier security professional, and they will assist you. As you exit through the gates, look to the right, where you will see people waiting and holding signs. Ask for Creg. Let him know you have a reservation and provide your name.
