  Parque Memorial Inflexion

  This is memorial park created by the city hall and the National History Memory Center, with the purpose of paying tribute to all those people who lost their lives in a period of 10 years (83-94), it is a tribute to the people who, for their integrity, righteousness and honesty, serve as a role model to next generations. Many people tend to glorify or idolize people like pablo escobar, after watching the series on many platforms. This is a space to raise awareness of the damage and negative legacy that narcoterrorism and the culture of easy money left on our country.

  We will make a stop at one of the most important market places of the city: La America. While Colombia is known worldwide for coffee and flowers, the country has at least 400 seeds or varieties of native fruits, and this is an opportunity to try some of these exotic fruits.

  This is part of the city's public transport, and it has been an icon and a source of pride for people in the region, as it is an example of resilience, development and, above all, aims to improve the quality of life for Medellin inhabitants and connect them. From San Javier Metro station, we head towards the last station (Aurora), on the cable car while we will enjoy the panoramic view of the city.

  We visit the city center, going first to the National palace building, which is a neo-Renaissance complex, it was part of the administrative center, and got renovated and adapted as a shopping center, in addition to seeing the stores, you can see a gallery on the upper floors.

  Plaza Botero

  We will finish in Botero plaza, an important and iconic space of the city, where you can appreciate 23 sculptures donated by the artist Fernando Botero, in addition to contemplate the dynamics of the city, commerce, daily life, public transport and the most important buildings in the area. We might drink a cup of coffee or a beer in one of the most renowned cafes in town. The rest of the time (40-60 mins approximately) is allotted for travel time
