Meeting and pickup
Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach:

The pickup time is set according to your location and the availability of the tour, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will not be able to provide the service.
The 10:00 am pickups start at 09:00 am and 1:00 PM pickups start at 12:00 Pm.
Depending on the availability, the schedule can change, a customer care agent from us will get in touch to let the customer know about the situation. If the Customer is not able to take the change or schedules, it will be 100% refundable.
You have the option to arrive to our park by your own, you need to contact tour operator to receive exact instructions and location to arrive to the park. We will confirm you the exact time that you need to arrive. Take in mind that there has a bad telephone signal.
