The pickup time is set according to your location, pick up start at 6:00 am and depending on the location the pickup time will be set, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.

- Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, bring your swimsuit, towels and extra clothes for a change
- Hotel changes are not allowed after 6 pm because we can not modify our logistic
- Tour can last more than 12 hours (we recommend you to bring some snacks)
- The tour and the spots to visit can vary according the guide logistic, also in its duration, up to 14 hours or more according to the transfers from one place to another, and this is according to the traffic, keep in mind that you will be traveling all day
- Life vests can be rented at the cenote ticket office and are charged only for the time you swim
- Beverages is not Included in the restaurant during the meal
- First we pick you up in smaller vehicles to take you to the last meeting point where the main bus will be waiting to take you to your destination
